


NESTOR E. KOSTYNIUK
Mr. Kostyniuk practices law at Kostyniuk & Greenside in Toronto. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979. Mr. Kostyniuk became a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation in 1992. In 2010 Mr. Kostyniuk became the President of the Toronto Lawyers Association, in the same year the prestigious organization is celebrating 125 years. Mr. Kostyniuk is also a past chair of the Bar Dispute Resolution Group Forum. His memberships include The Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Defence Research Institute. Mr. Kostyniuk has concentrated in the area of insurance law since his call to the Bar. DEREK R. J. GREENSIDE
Mr. Greenside practices law at Kostyniuk & Greenside in Toronto. He graduated from The University of Western Ontario in 1985, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. Mr. Greenside became a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation in 1999. His memberships include the Law Society of Upper Canada, Metro Toronto Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Defence Research Institute. Mr. Greenside has concentrated in the area of insurance law since his call to the Bar. He has considerable experience as counsel conducting Jury Trials and has appeared regularly as counsel on Mediations and Arbitrations at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. SCOTT T. A. CROTEAU
Mr. Croteau was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2002. After graduating from The University of Ottawa in May 2000, he began working at the firm in January 2002. He has acted on numerous occasions for both plaintiffs and defendants in Court, at FSCO and at WSIAT matters.

NIKI GIOVANOGLOU
Ms. Giovanoglou was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2008.She graduated from Staffordshire University law school in the United Kingdom in 2001 and obtained an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Manchester in 2002. Ms. Giovanoglou returned to Toronto and received accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2006.She has been practicing law with Kostyniuk & Greenside since October 2008 and is primarily engaged in insurance defence.Her memberships include The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.

Uliana Gic obtained her law degree from the University of Manitoba and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. DOMENIC NICASSIO
Mr. Nicassio graduated from the University of Toronto with high distinction. He worked as a journalist for several years before attending law school at the University of Windsor. He was awarded the George Bonn prize for best cross examination at the OTLA Cup, and he received the highest grade for his oral advocacy in the Constitutional Litigation moot. He articled at a boutique insurance defence firm and worked for several years at a plaintiff personal injury firm in Hamilton before coming to Kostyniuk & Greenside. JONATHAN MACKENZIE
Jonathan Mackenzie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011. He has a B.A. in Political Science from York University, and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, he was a staff writer at Osgoode's Obiter Dicta newspaper. Jonathan completed his articles at Kostyniuk & Greenside.
